氫氣和氫水有什么區(qū)別？
氫氣是一種穩(wěn)定的氣體，已在潛水員的設(shè)備中使用了50多年，并被證明對(duì)人體沒有副作用。2007年，日本學(xué)者發(fā)現(xiàn)吸入2%的氫氣或飲用飽和氫水可以選擇性地中和羥基自由基。氫水是溶解氫分子的水，可以通過日常飲用水補(bǔ)充氫。
